Product Description

The preheating roll raises the temperature of material passing over it so that subsequent drying, coating or laminating steps run consistently. Hongsheng manufactures preheating rolls with an engineered internal heating structure that keeps surface temperature even across the roll, reducing temperature differences that cause quality problems in the finished product.

Rolls can be produced to your diameter, face length, journal and surface-finish requirements, and can be designed for steam, hot oil, thermal fluid or other heating media. Our machining and fabrication capability covers the full roll from shell to journal, including precision surface treatment when required.
