The steam heat exchanger transfers heat from steam to air or to a liquid stream, raising the temperature of the process medium with high efficiency and fast response. Finned-tube steam coils give a large heat-transfer surface in a compact package, making them a common choice for air heating in dryers, ovens and paint lines.

Hongsheng manufactures steam heat exchangers in steam-to-air and steam-to-liquid configurations, with fin type, tube layout and materials selected for your steam pressure, airflow and duty. Units are built to drawing or selected from standard designs, and pressure tested before delivery.
